IMP Members are expected to attend all rehearsals and performances. Please read the IMP Membership Handbook for the attendance policy. Data collected from this form will be treated confidentially, and will only be used for IMP attendance monitoring purposes.

Please use this form to notify IMP conductors of absence from an IMP rehearsal. You must submit this form before the scheduled rehearsal. It is important that you submit your notification of absence as soon as you are aware of the problem. The night before a rehearsal is too late to notify your conductor of any absence other than illness.  

This form is only for IMP rehearsals. If you are unable to attend, or are running late to, a performance please also send email to your ensemble email address.

This form does not inform the school of your absence. If you are going to be absent from school please contact the school directly, using the normal channels.
