The EcoPeace Climate Diplomacy for Young Professionals (CDYP) brings young professionals from Israel, Palestine and Jordan to learn about climate and water diplomacy and create agents of change for the region's future.

This capacity-building training is for young professionals (ages 20-35) will include climate and water realities overview, negotiations theory, and effective communications skill-building for emerging agents of change.

The program comprises two phases – Basic Training (including national and regional, and advanced. In the program's last stage, selected participants will develop regional joint projects and join a task force for advocacy and educational projects.
