Our passion for spontaneous fermentation has led us to explore beyond beer, to wine and cider as well. Luckily for us, the Finger Lakes is such an incredible region to find inspiration within.

Since opening our doors in 2018, we have always hoped to start a membership program in order to reward loyal customers that are willing to put their faith in us. As we begin to produce small amounts of naturally fermented wines and wild fermented ciders, we want to offer these first batches to those that are willing to explore what could become a larger part of Pantomime Mixtures.

Those that sign up for our 2022 membership will receive exclusive access to these first batches that we have just begun to bottle. Since they are small test batches, these bottles will not be available outside of this membership.

Membership for 2022 will be $350 for the year. We have 25 memberships available.

Membership includes:
- At minimum (1) bottle of every wine or cider released in 2022.
- Several beers made with spent fruit from these wines.
- 10% off all additional purchases in 2022.
- First dibs on all releases in 2022.
- Anonymous feedback channel for constructive criticism and suggestions.
- First dibs on 2023 membership.

Membership includes local pickup in Hector, NY.
Proxy pickup allowed.
Shipping or delivery may be organized upon request for wine only. Additional shipping fees may apply.

If you find that you dislike something so strongly that you have to pour it down the drain, we will find a way to make it right.*
