About the Speaker:
Thomas Barrett is a marketing analyst for Hartford Funds. He is responsible for the marketing efforts to independent firms across the country. Tom drives engagement and increases awareness for Hartford Funds educational material, client seminars, product expertise, and practice-management strategies with financial advisors.

In October 2006, Tom joined the organization as a sales coordinator, and then became an internal advisor consultant before moving into marketing. Tom is a registered representative of Hartford Funds Distributors and is FINRA Series 7, 6, 63, and Life registered.

Originally from Wayne, Pennsylvania, Tom attended West Chester University. He currently lives in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Tom is the president of the Hartford Funds chapter of Toastmasters International.
