Attendance is mandatory for our cheerleading camp, July 29-31, 9:00am - 2:00pm. Please note below if there are any of these days when you will be unavailable to attend camp. If you are able to attend all, please indicate that.  *

Each participant must have a Final Forms account and the required documents completed/uploaded to this portal BEFORE April 2, 2024.

PHYSICAL EXAMS must be dated after April 15, 2023 in order to participate in physical activities during the cheerleading tryout clinic. Upload the digital copy into Final Forms for OHS before April 2, 2024.

TRANSPORTATION THE WEEK OF CHEERLEADING TRYOUT CLINIC

If the student participant is not a driver, each parent/guardian is responsible for having the participant a ride home after each clinic day (April 8th - 12th). 

Participants waiting on their ride after 5:00pm, will remain INSIDE in the front lobby of the Main Gym until their ride arrives. Please make sure transportation is arranged prior to each clinic day.
