The Finance Department is responsible for applying to grants, managing monthly grants, and being involved in applying for the 501c3 status.
The role of the Vice Director entails:
- Attends the weekly Board of Directors' call
Assists Director in setting up meetings for Team Members
Assists Director in managing finance initiatives
Assists Director in editing grant applications
Helps in drafting the agenda/to-do list for the members for the week with the Director of their Department
Helps in managing finances (money spent/gained)
Notifies the Executive Directors of any strikes being administered
