Thank you for participating in this survey. On May 13, 2019 a 12th grade student in my English class committed suicide. This survey is to gather information regarding the behaviors and perspectives of suburban young men ages 16 to 24.  This information is for the purpose of writing a book about why suicide is sharply rising among suburban young men ages 16 to 24 and how we can improve the mental health of suburban young men.  All responses will be remain confidential and are for research purposes only.
