Welcome to Brick Landing. This registration form is for use by new residents and includes full and part-time residents/lot owners, occupants, and their vehicles. This form is not to be used for new Renters of a property. There is a Renter Registration form for all Renters.
One form should be completed per household Occupant 1 is the primary account holder - all regular occupants of the household should be included in the registration, but the account id will be set up based on Occupant 1 fields of information. All occupants in the household can access the account using the account User ID.
If you are a homeowner who has long term renters, there should be one form completed for the Owner and a separate form for the Renter. You will receive one Access card, which will work at the pool and the new gate kiosks, and up to two vehicle stickers at no charge. Additional vehicle stickers can be purchased for $20/sticker. By default, the 'no charge' credentials go to the owner of the property; renters must pay for any and all credentials.
You will need the vehicle information for each vehicle registration, including: license plate state and number, make, model, color and year to complete this form. You will also need all phone numbers and emails for all occupants.
No regular guests, visitors or caregivers should be included on this form.
Registration is only for residents, not family members or guests, even if they visit regularly. Residents will be able to send family members and guests an electronic E-Pass that will expedite their access into Brick Landing.

bricklanding.org. Simply go to the site and click on the word 'Register' in the upper right-hand corner of the main page. This will add you to the email distribution for important neighborhood updates-including all Brick Landing Master Association emails. We no longer maintain distribution lists for communication purposes.
