La scène musicale de Bonjour Kampala is a space for promoting musical productions. We offer a free promotion of musical achievements directly proposed by the artists.

• Bonjour Kampala will ensure a free promotion of the entrusted work via its website, and will not be able to claim any compensation or remuneration for the distribution of the entrusted work.

 • Bonjour Kampala reserves the right not to broadcast the transmitted work, without having
  to justify the reasons of its choice. Similarly, the work can be deleted from the music scene space without necessary justification.

• Bonjour Kampala is not responsible for what the artists say



The person transmitting the work to be promoted declares on honour:


1. that the work provided to Bonjour Kampala does not deal with political and religious themes;
2. that the proposed work is not a means of promoting any brand or entity;
3. that the proposed work contains no words of denigration, propaganda or incitement to any form of violence;
4. if there is an accompanying video, it must also visually comply with the above points;
5. that it acknowledges that it is in possession of all the rights (copyright, patrimonies...) of the proposed work;
6. that he abstained from any plagiarism of an existing work;
7. that he shall not be entitled to any compensation or remuneration from Bonjour Kampala for the dissemination of the work supplied.


In case of misrepresentation of the person who transmits the work to promote the responsibility of Bonjour Kampala cannot be engaged.
