This supplemental form is intended for Non-Profits (501C-3) Community-Based Organizations seeking Discretionary Expense Funding from District 26 Council Member Julie Won's Office.
Non-Profits (501C-3) must complete this form for our office and the City Council Fiscal Year 2024 Discretionary Funding Expense Application to schedule a meeting. After submitting both, our Budget Director will be in contact with your organization. Due to a large amount of meeting requests, we will not be able to accommodate every single request. However, we will attempt to do so as much as possible and will otherwise review your application and take your requests into full consideration.
The FY2024 application will be posted on the Council’s website at this location on
Thursday, January 5, 2023 and the submission deadline will be on
Tuesday, February 21, 2023. Please also note that if an application is not submitted within the filing period, your non-profit will not be eligible for funding. This supplemental form will stop accepting response on Wednesday, February 22.

All organizations must have the following to be considered for discretionary expense funding:
* Own EIN
* EIN must be valid (not revoked)
* Registered and in good standing with New York State Charities Bureau
* Registered Not for Profit
* Must submit an application for FY2024 Discretionary Funding
* Complete and submit the required forms (Certificate of Authorization, Conflicts of Interest, and Affiliation Disclosures)
