Para registrarse al taller, cada participante deberá completar todas las preguntas de esta encuesta. Estimamos que este proceso puede llevar alrededor de 20 minutos y antes de iniciarlo, le recomendamos tener a mano los documentos de gobernanza básicos del Fondo (estatutos, manual operativo y plan estratégico).
El objetivo de esta encuesta es diseñar y adaptar el contenido del taller a las necesidades de los asistentes. Las respuestas serán confidenciales y solo se utilizarán para este objetivo, a menos que el participante desee plantear temas para discusión y revisión durante el taller.
El taller está limitado a 50 participantes; por tanto, solo se aceptarán hasta dos representantes por cada Fondo. Sugerimos que cada Fondo esté representado por un miembro del Consejo o Junta Directiva (usados en esta encuesta como sinónimos) y el/la Director/a Ejecutivo/a o CEO. Si tiene una duda o desea registrar en el evento a un tercer representante de su organización, escriba a
redlac@naturapanama.org. Los participantes adicionales serán agregados a una lista de espera.
La encuesta está dividida en dos partes. La primera, identifica a la persona y el Fondo que completa la encuesta. La segunda, solicita evaluar al Fondo en términos de desempeño efectivo indicando en qué medida están de acuerdo o desacuerdo con varias declaraciones.

All participants need to complete this survey to register for the workshop. We estimate this may take around 20 minutes and suggest that you should have easy access to the basic governing documents of your Fund (bylaws, operational manual or similar) to help you answer.
The objective of this survey is to tailor the workshop to your needs. The findings of the survey will just be confidential and will be used for the workshop design, unless you wish to raise issues for further discussion and review during the workshop.
Only 2 representatives of each Fund will be accepted, as there is a limit of 50 participants. It is recommended that each participant Fund attend with one Board member and the Executive Director or CEO. If you would like to include a third person from your Fund on a waiting list, please let us know through the email
redlac@naturapanama.org. Also use this email if you have any questions.
The survey is divided into two parts. The first, identifies who is completing the survey; the second, evaluates the Fund in terms of playing its role effectively and to state the extent to which they agree or disagree with several statements, with the aim of making explicit the areas the Fund would like to review and develop.
