Please fill out the following form if you wish to present in the Research Showcase, a special reception to be held during the 2020 ESIP Summer Meeting.

We ask that all contributors in some way address the 2020 theme of Putting Data to Work: Building Public-Private Partnerships to Increase Resilience & Enhance the Socioeconomic Value of Data. In keeping with this theme, contributions that discuss technical examples of how data were put to work to address science use cases are encouraged.

Presentation Formats:
Poster: digital poster (most likely)
Live Demo: live demo of a tool or resource, relatively short and repeated on demand
Video Demo/Tutorial: recorded video discussing a tool or resource, no more than 5 minutes in length, must be relevant to meeting theme
Other: if you would like to discuss an alternate presentation method, please get in touch with ESIP Staff to discuss (staff@esipfed.org).

Proposals will be accepted until COB June 10th, 2020. Submissions will be reviewed based on the quality and completeness of the proposal, as well as relevance to ESIP areas of interest and to the year’s theme. It is not likely that any proposals will be rejected, but ESIP Staff will contact you if the scope of your proposal is not well-aligned with the typical meeting audience.

Depending on the number of proposals received, ESIP Staff may limit the number of contributions any one person can lead and/or close the submission portal prior to the original deadline.
