Federations and Multi Academy Trusts Education Partnership Agreement Form 2023-2024

Thank you for agreeing to join the Education Partnership Agreement for 2023-2024. Please use this form if you are joining the agreement as a Federation or Multi Academy Trust with more than one school included in the agreement.

If this does not apply to you, please use the form for Single Schools/Academies.

Charges for this year's agreement are detailed on page 3 of this year's Partnership Agreement document. Charges are based on your NOR as of the October 2022 census.

All Partner Schools/Academies are charged as follows per school:

Pupil numbers between 0-100: £650.00
Pupil numbers between 101-200: £850.00
Pupil numbers over 201: £1150.00

For Federations and Multi Academy Trusts, please calculate the cost for each school based on their pupil numbers within the Federation/Trust and then apply a discount of 20% to the total.

VAT at 20% is applicable to the Education Partnership Agreement and all services.
