Thank you for your interest in our Pumpkin Decorating Contest! Please fill out the prompts below to submit your entry into our Oaktober Harvest Festival Pumpkin Decorating Contest. This event will be held at Civic Center Plaza (3231 Main Street) on Saturday, October 22nd. For the contest, there will be two categories in each age group: Scariest Pumpkin and Most Creative Pumpkin. A new addition we included this year will be an award for the best local business/non-profit pumpkin.
Entry rules and information:
1. Artists can be any age and live in Oakley or surrounding towns/cities.
2. Entries must be made, personally, by the exhibitor. Original work only.
3. Exhibitors are solely responsible for reading the competition guidelines and rules.
4. The City of Oakley reserves the right to refuse any entry, or refuse to display any entry
considered not to be in accordance with the rules of entry or in the best interests of the event.
Winners and first-place prizes will be announced at 4:00 PM on the Civic Center Plaza Stage the day of the festival.
Businesses: Please note in order for your pumpkin to be judged and displayed at the festival, it will need to be delivered and checked-in at our City Booth at the event on October 22nd from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM.
If you would like a printed label for your pumpkin, please submit this form by Tuesday, October 18th.
