APPLICATION - AfCFTA Nigerian SMEs Aggregators (36 State + FCT)
In 2018, African heads of state signed an agreement that would bring to life the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA). This agreement will cover a market of more than 1.2 billion people and up to $3 trillion in combined GDP, with the potential of increasing intra-African trade by over 50 percent, according to the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa. AfCFTA  is the largest free trade area in the world since the establishment of the World Trade Organization when it formally comes into force by 1st January, 2021. The agreement is projected to add over $76 billion in income to the rest of the world according to the World Bank.

AfCFTA African Youth Engagement is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) designed to inspire, mobilize, engage and equip the African youths towards a productive participation of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) National Implementation Committees Strategies and deliverables.

AfCFTA African Youth Engagement/AfCFTA Nigerian SMEs Aggregators exist to bridge information gap, provide insight, drive conversation, explore opportunities and prospects, identify and proffer practical and innovative solution to challenges militating against active youth participation and involvement in the development, implementation and operations of AfCFTA in their various 36 States and FCT.
