Please fill out this form regarding your interest to exhibit at the State Leadership Conference! The conference will be held in-person from April 2-4, 2023 at the Chula Vista Resort and Conference Center, Wisconsin Dells. The Expo for exhibitors will take place on Monday, April 3rd, from 9:00-3:00PM. Set-up will be from 7:30-9:00AM.

Exhibitor Fee: $100 per organization. Includes one 8 foot table, linen and table skirt, and two chairs. If power/electricity is needed for booth, please indicate below.
