Welcome to the Children's Business Fair, a one-day event where kids ages 6-16 launch a business.

MHCBF is an annual event where the community can celebrate the volunteers, creatives, leaders and free-thinkers of tomorrow.

Our vision for this event is to create safe and encouraging space where young entrepreneurs can take their first steps toward launching their own business and present it to the public.

We want to grow this event into a local community youth driven experience. The goal being that over time our young generations will take on the majority of the roles and responsibilities related to running this event, such as: event organisation, staffing, execution and more.

This event has started as one mom's passion project with a huge support of her friend. They worked hard to make it happen. Today we are heading towards their 4th annual Children's Business Fair. This event would not be possible without growing support from our community!
From 30 booths during our first event we grew to 50 booths in 2023. This year we are expecting to grow even bigger. With the growth comes bigger responsibilities and more work to make it happen and to run it smooth. Therefore this form.

We are looking for volunteers to help us make this event amazing but also we want to engage community youth who would want to learn real-life skills in organizing and running a successful event.

SO, BEFORE WE START ACCEPTING ADULT VOLUNTEERS WE WOULD LOVE TO FILL AS MANY SPOTS AS POSSIBLE WITH RESPONSIBLE YOUNG PEOPLE.
