     5 person household: $69,520 ($5,793 PRE-tax household earnings per month)
     6 person household: $74,640 ($6,220 PRE-tax household earnings per month)

1. Identification for all adults in household (Drivers license/State ID, Passport, Employment visa, or MICA- green card)
2. Proof of income from last 30 days for all adults in household (or proof of loss of income, Unemployment Benefits)
3. Bank statement from last 30 days for all accounts (or last statement received)  
4. Rental Agreement or most recent utility bill.
5. Photos of your unit to verify habitability (Kitchen, Bathroom, Living room, Bedroom(s)
