When: Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00-10:00 am
Dates: Starting Monday, June 12th and ending Wednesday, July 19th (No camp the week of July 3rd)
Cost: $60 - Cash, Check payable to Muskie Strength or Venmo @MuskieStrength
Registrants will receive a t-shirt and jump rope before the end of the camp.
This camp will be instructed by a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), as well as the high school strength and conditioning coach. With their commitment to helping you be the best that you can be, this program is designed to prepare middle school athletes to enter the high school athletic programs. It is also a great introduction to the high school weight lifting program. The program is designed to improve your performance and reduce the risk of injury. The Intro to Strength and Conditioning Camp will focus on proper form and technique, progress athletes from body weight to weighted exercises on an individual basis, improve sprint speed, overall quickness, and agility for enhanced directional changes, body control and balance, and strength and power for more enhanced game play.Please email with any questions:
