This is the registration form for the Winter 2021 Session of Courses For Kids - Hosmer. Paper copies of the course options were sent home with all students. Upon completing this form, you will receive an emailed confirmation of your selections from Google Forms, please be sure to review this for accuracy. An individual registration form must be completed for each student you are registering.   All students who register by the Monday, November 22nd deadline, will either be emailed a space confirmation email & invoice, or receive notification that they did not receive a spot, by Wednesday, November 24th. A lottery will be held for any class whose registration exceeds its maximum capacity prior to the 8:00 AM deadline on Monday, November 22nd. Lotteries will be conducted using an online service, such as random.org and will not be held live. Students who receive a space in a course will be emailed an invoice by Wednesday, November 24th. The invoice will include instructions on how and where to submit payment. Payment should be made in the form of a check or money order and made payable to the Town of Watertown with the student name and Winter CFK/Hosmer listed on the memo line.  Payment will be due by 8:00 AM on Monday, November 29th.
