The time is drawing near for the 5th Annual "Lil' Robbie's Happy Hill Ride" (formally known as the Super Happy Fun Ride*), and I'd like to get some information from ride veterans and new comers to make this thing even better. Please take a couple moments to offer your input.

* Why the name change? Unfortunately there is another organization out there using the "Super Happy Fun" moniker, so a change was necessary.

What dates work best? Below are the options I'm considering.

Sunday, May 30th (It's Memorial Day weekend but otherwise it would work well)

Sunday, May 9th (Note, that's Mothers' Day. A little soon but doable)

In addition to our three traditional course offerings, I'm considering a couple new options for this year. I wouldn't eliminate the old routes, I would just add the new ones if there's enough interest. If you participate, which are you most apt to ride?

I'm taking a look at prize distribution this year. In the past, the winner of each category received 75% of total registrations, and 2nd and 3rd received swag (belt buckles, etc.). Last year, the Open category grew to about $625 for 1st place. I also give out special awards to various finishers (oldest, heaviest, silliest, etc.) - which will continue. Let me know what you think...

Keep it as-is.

Within each category, divide up the money among the top 3 or 5 finishers (along with swag), depending on the number of entries, i.e., >15 = 5 places..

Top riders get swag, but every finisher is entered in a lottery -- ANYONE who finishes could win the cash.

Surprise us.

Rob should keep all the money for himself.
