Please make sure you comply with our Refund Policy before submitting a request.
We'll gladly take back your order for a full refund if the merchandise is shipped back to our facility within 14 days of your order delivery date (for online orders) or in-store purchase date.
Merchandise must be unworn with tags intact to be accepted for a refund.
Sale items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
In-Store: Our NYC flagship located at 201 Mulberry St is now receiving walk-ins for returns and exchanges from online purchases. Make sure to bring your packing slip or order confirmation e-mail. Returning items need to be unworn and have original tags attached in order to be accepted.

1. Complete this form, include your Order Number(s), and enclose with the items you are returning.
2. A confirmation email will be sent to you within 24 hours with a shipping label.
3. Pack your return in original packaging, if possible, and attach the shipping label.
4. Take your package to the respective shipping carrier. Expect a refund to your original form of payment within 10 business days of us receiving your return.
