Finding a family-life balance during a normal school year is often difficult, but managing these stressors during a pandemic adds additional challenges.
In these helpful workshops for district families, we'll talk about creating family-life balances in a COVID-19 world.
Topics will include:
* Return to School In-Person and COVID-19
* Understanding how to quell anxiety in ourselves and our kids
* Learn when to worry...and what to worry about
* Identify how to set manageable family goals and expectations around: screen time; socializing with peers; grades and homework; and more!
Workshops will be broken down by age group. For families with children in multiple grades, join one or all three!
