Around the World

The Bowmanville Older Adult Association would like to invite you to our first ever Around the World event on May 16th!

This will be a great way for you to expose your brand to the community. You can sell food, goods and so more!

This event is a fundraiser for the BOAA as well as a great way for our members to educate themselves on different backgrounds and cultures.

Members will buy tickets ahead of time and trade those for your goods at the event. Each ticket is representative of a dollar. This is a no cash exchange event.

Sample size food should be the value of 1, 2 or 3 tickets.

Services or goods should be the value of 1-15 tickets

*At least 50% of all money raised must go back to the BOAA.

Please join us on Thursday May 16th from 10:00 am -2:00 pm for our Around the World event.

Cut off date to sign up is Tuesday April 30th.

Set up will be the morning of Thursday May 16th between 8:00 am - 9:30 am and take down is after 2:00 pm on the same day.

I acknowledge it is the responsibility of me, the exhibitor to set up and take down my own display at the times specified on the application above.

I acknowledge I am required to park offsite for the duration of the event.
