Pianorama 2019 - Teacher Registration Form

Registration Information:
Registration is open July 15, 2019 through September 1, 2019

Audition times will be sent to teachers via email after registration closes. Teachers must have a valid e-mail address to participate.

There are two registration forms: a teacher registration and a student registration. The teacher only registers once, regardless of the number of students (students must be registered in pairs).

Registration Fees:
MTNA Member Fees are $30/student ($15/parent)
MTNA Non-Member Fees are $60/student ($30/parent)
Teacher partners are free

Students who do not pass the audition will have their fee refunded to the teacher via check.
Students who withdraw from Pianorama by September 1st (Registration Deadline) using the online Withdrawal form will have their fee refunded to the teacher via check.
Registration fees for withdrawals made after the registration deadline are non-refundable.

Registration Fees are accepted only from the teacher. Write one check, payable to OhioMTA, for the total number of your students auditioning. Fees are due at the time of registration.

After completing the teacher or student registration, you will receive an automatic email confirmation with a copy of each registration form. An additional confirmation email will be sent from the registrar once your payment has been received.
