Boot Camp is for rising seniors who want to get their applications and essays well underway before starting senior year. In this 3-day, 2 hours a day intensive Zoom workshop, students fill out the Common App and the UC App (or a second appliaiton of their choice). They will be provided with sample essays, solid tips, advice on writing an impactful personal statement, and will brainstorm essay ideas one-on-one. Students will leave the workshop with their personal statement outline. (Last year, several students were able to finish solid drafts of their personal statements.) They will work on the UC prompts, gain an understanding of what the UC's are looking for and how to best answer the "Insight" questions. They will also leave the workshop with drafts of the 4 UC Insight questions they choose to answer. This Boot Camp will require 1-2 hours of homework per night and about 2 hours of prep before the workshop. The Boot Camp is limited to 4 students with a 2:1 student-instructor ratio.

Option A: Boot Camp: 3 two-hour sessions over 3 days. $950
Option B: Boot Camp + a follow-up one-on-one meeting. $1,100 (must be paid at time of registration)

We will send an invoice for a 50% deposit to secure your spot.

If desired by the client, additional hourly sessions can be booked after the completion of Boot Camp at $200/hour (based on availability)

Additional one-on-one sessions can be used for essay review, application review, college list assessment, supplemental essay brainstorming, or other agreed upon activities.
