Y Mind Teen (Ages 13-18)

Have you checked in with how you're feeling lately? Do you notice that you are experiencing stress and overwhelm?

Our FREE 7-week Y Mind program teaches youth who are experiencing mild to moderate anxiety and stress effective coping strategies for managing their symptoms. This program will be run by caring and trained staff in a safe, supportive environment. Snacks will be provided at each session!

  • When: Thursdays starting November 2nd to December 14th from 4pm-6pm
  • Where: Family Place Room (Ground Floor), Collingwood Neighbourhood House, 5288 Joyce Street, Vancouver, BC
