Challenge Seven provided you with a chance to go back and complete a previous challenge you meant to complete, OR if you completed all the previous challenges you can complete another different task for some extra credit.
You were to choose one of the following:
1. MISSING ASSIGNMENT - Choose one of the previous challenges and...complete it!
2. EXTRA CREDIT - Take 10! At least five times between April 12 and April 25 (the length of challenge 7!) give yourself permission to take care of your own needs. Take 10 minutes during your workday to do something that helps decrease your stress and anxiety.
You could have done both, or you could have chosen to do the extra credit even if you have missing assignments...I mean challenges.
