Please fill out one form per child. If it is your second (or third or fourth!) child, you do not need to fill out your address, volunteer information, etc., again.

By filling out this form, you are joining the Sewanee Parent Organization (SPO), which gives you membership into the organization that makes so many things possible at SES and which will put you on the SPO email list. No dues necessary - though if you'd like to make a donation ($5 - $20) to support school initiatives, please put cash or check in an envelope labeled SES SPO DONATION and turn in to the office. Thank you!
