SAHS Laptop User Agreement | For Student
Expectations for Use
24/7 access to a student laptop is an educational opportunity and responsibility. It allows for access to tools and resources not found in traditional offline educational materials; 24/7 access to devices is provided so students can have access to these tools and resources anytime, anywhere. Laptops will be used for educational purposes only.

Ownership
The laptop and power supply are the property of Stillwater Area Schools. Laptops will be checked out and returned to the the Media Center. Please take care of these items as they may be used by other students after your time with the equipment is completed. Students may not change or remove any district settings or inventory control stickers from devices. Additionally, students may not decorate the laptop.
 
Timeline
Students will have 24/7 access to a laptop including weekends and extended breaks until late spring when you turn it back in for the summer. Laptops should be retuned by the end of the school year.
 
Repair/Replacement
Report problems with your laptop to Mrs. Katy Pupungatoa (651-351-8147) in the Black Pony Center. You may not attempt to alter, repair, or open the laptop yourself. Similar to school textbook guidelines, damage caused by misuse or abuse of the laptop will be the responsibility of the student and family.
