Camella's Cupboard is open to any NEW MILFORD AREA FAMILY needing food for their children for ANY reason. New Milford area includes New Milford, Gaylordsville, Sherman, Kent, New Preston, Washington, Bridgewater and Roxbury. We require this form to verify you are a New Milford area resident. No income verification is required, you DO NOT need to receive free or reduced lunch to sign up. However, we may require a rental agreement and/or driver's license showing your New Milford area address.

ONLY 1 PICKUP PER HOUSEHOLD! Anyone attempting to pick up more than 1 per household will be denied future services.

PLEASE NOTE: Dietary requests cannot be accommodated at this time. BAGS WILL CONTAIN ALLERGENS.
