Rook Cycles In-Store Lay-By Terms and Conditions

Rook Cycles is pleased to offer our valued customers the option to purchase our premium bicycles through our convenient in-store lay-by program. This programme allows you to reserve your desired bicycle and pay for it over a period of three months, making it easier for you to own the bicycle of your dreams. Before participating in our lay-by program, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility:

• The lay-by program is available to all Rook Cycles customers.

• You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

3. Lay-By Process:

• Choose the bicycle you wish to purchase and inform our staff.

• Pay a minimum deposit of 25% of the bicycle's total price.

• Agree on a payment schedule with our staff, which must be completed within three months.

• Payments must be made at regular intervals as agreed upon during the initial setup.

• You may cancel the lay-by at any time, subject to the cancellation terms (see section 5).

4. Holding Period:

• Your chosen bicycle will be held for you during the lay-by period.

• The bicycle will only be released to you once full payment is received.

5. Cancellation:

• In case you wish to cancel your lay-by, please inform our staff as soon as possible.

• A cancellation fee of 10% of the total bicycle price will apply.

• The remaining balance, excluding the cancellation fee, will be refunded to you within 14 days.

6. Late Payments:

• If you fail to make a payment as per the agreed schedule, you will be notified.

• If a payment is not made within 14 days of the due date, the lay-by may be canceled, and the cancellation fee will apply.

7. Exchange or Refund:

• Lay-by items are eligible for exchange or refund in accordance with our standard return policy.

• Refunds will be provided in the form of store credit.

8. Product Availability:

• Rook Cycles reserves the right to discontinue or modify products during the lay-by period.

• In the event that a product becomes unavailable, we will offer you a suitable alternative or a refund.

9. Agreement Acceptance:

• By participating in our in-store lay-by program, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
