Academic Signing Day 2022/Other Graduation Info Needed
Please take a look at ALL of the questions below. Some may apply to you, and other questions may not. This form is being used for Signing Day as well as for gathering information needed in the Guidance Department about other important Graduation info.

Seniors:  Since 2017,  with the exception of 2020 during the school closure due to the pandemic, we have been able to have an assembly where we celebrate and recognize students who plan to attend a college, trade school, career-technical program, or have enlisted in the military.  This year's assembly will be on Monday, May 9th at 1:15 pm, in the high school gym, to celebrate the members of the Class of 2022 who plan to continue their education. Students can invite friends and family to attend the event! There will be seating in the bleachers for guests.

If you are planning to attend, and have been accepted at a 2 or 4 year college, trade school, or if you have enlisted in the military,  and would like to participate in this event, please complete the following form!  

If you have not decided yet, that is ok! The form will be open until April 25th. Please complete it when you decide!

Be sure to read the entire form, and fill it out completely. Please provide an email address that you check regularly if you plan to participate, as this will be the form of communication.

Plan to wear a shirt from your school/branch of military, if you have one, on the day of the event!

I plan to attend a trade school or apprenticeship (like welding school, diesel mechanic school, Great Oaks, hair/cosmetology school) and have been accepted into a program. *
