Please use this form to stories of birth, pregnancy, loss, abortion, fertility, choice, life after birth and more from birthing persons and families of all kinds.

You may submit more than one story and submit as many times as you would like.

Any kind of writing is acceptable, as minimal as one word or one sentence, poetry, prose, and as lengthy as needed to express your story.
If you would prefer to send in a handwritten story, please feel free to do so and send the story to P.O. Box 1593, High Springs, FL 32655.
None of the fields below are required, but if you are interested in the artist following up with you for the purposes of creating specific art objects or other questions regarding your story, please complete the bottom portion of the form so that they can reach out to you.
Additionally, if you are interested in receiving a thank you gift from the artist for your participation, please include information for us to ship your gift or contact information so that we may reach out to you when it is time to send the gifts.

The artist also notes that stories from all birthing peoples are welcome.

For the purpose of this project, the artist defines birthing as any part of your family building story including, but not limited to: conceiving, pregnancy, labor and birth, post partum, adoption, lack of choice and access, and caregiving of all kinds which create familial connection, etc. If you feel your story is one of building family then it can belong to this project.

For the purpose of this project, the artist defines unbirthing as stories that share the experiences that lead us to not become parents and caregivers including, but not limited to: infertility, abortion, active choices not to build family through conception, lack of choice and access, and loss, etc.
