Drop and Shop Registration
Please complete the attached form to register for the Forest Lake High School Gymnastics Team's Drop and Shop fundraiser! $30 for the first child (pre-registered) or $35 at the door. Additional children from the same immediate family can participate for $20 each. Cash or check only, made out to FLHS Gymnastics Booster Club!
