This survey is conceived as a way to understand how we, humans in the 21st century, in all of our diversities, perceive technology in the Digital Age: from human enhancements to ecology, data privacy, happiness and self-realization. In regard to technological developments, learning directly what we want to do as a species, is much more effective than suggesting what we should do: Your Perspectives, Visions and Feelings Matter. This is why we would like to thank You for taking the time to share them.

The questionnaire is completely anonymous. There are not right or wrong answer: all perspectives are welcome. For each question, you can select as many answers as you wish. The results of this survey are freely available to all; they are released under a Creative Commons License, By Attribution and Non-Commercial (CC BY NC). The results of the survey may be later shared in publications and presentations addressing the human condition in the 21st century.
