* Tips are not required but they are appreciated!
* I will provide updates as necessary during the sketch, line art, flat color, and rendering stages. One update per week until the commission is complete is standard.
* Any revisions need to be made PRIOR to the completion of the flat color stage, revisions made after this stage will incur an additional fee of $15. Revisions of a higher level of complexity in the rendering stage may incur higher fees. (EX: a full color overhaul at the very end of the rendering stage would be subject to fees equal to 50% of the original commission price.)
* You will receive a final PNG and JPEG of your image sent to your desired email address. I AM NOT responsible for printing and shipping out your piece unless communicated to me BEFORE the piece is completed. If I am asked to print and ship out a physical copy to you upon completion, I will add on the additional fees for print and shipping at the beginning when I send the Invoice.
* Upon completion of the piece, the client receives the right to use the work for personal projects. Unless previously discussed, the work will not be used for commercial projects by the client. The client agrees that the work will not be resold in any form, this includes on merchandise, both physical or digital, or as a digital transaction such as an NFT. The artist retains the right to use the artwork for not-for-profit promotion (social media posts, future commission sheet examples) unless prior restrictions are discussed.
* The client agrees that the artist's signature will not be altered or removed from the piece, and that the work will not be used to promote any kind of ideology that can be deemed as hateful (racism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, etc.)
