Complete the 'Criminal History Consent & Waiver Form' (CHC form) and submit to the KAPS front office either in-person or by emailing to Ms. Anna Wilson at awilson@kapschool.org (along with a photo of your driver's license)
Pick up a CHC form at the front office, or

Complete one interest form per volunteer.
After completion of this interest form, you will receive an email from a parent organizer to schedule a brief online orientation. Once your background check comes in clear, you can begin volunteering with LeAD!
