Thank you for your interest in the SOF Family Wellness Workshop hosted by Military Special Operations Family Collaborative! We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to enabling America's Special Operations warriors and families through collaborative health and well-being research and programs.

This workshop addresses the unique challenges experienced by special ops families. It offers spouses an evidence-based wellness assessment tool to help you decipher how you are doing, and we provide the education you need to put key skills into practice - whether you are new to SOF, experienced, preparing for transition, or post-service.

The next workshop will be held on Monday, March 14, 2022, at 12-2pm Eastern, via Zoom webinar. We limit the number of attendees to ensure a quality experience, but will be offering future sessions throughout the year. If this time doesn't work for you, please indicate your availability in the form below and we will do our best to accommodate you in a future workshop.
