YPSI Connected Community Schools  Student Application for Grades K-8
Please complete this form to register your child for the YPSI Connected Community School (YC²S) for Fall 2021 (distance learning platform). We are currently accepting students in grades K-8.

The purpose of the YC²S is to provide a distance-learning environment for students and families who want a rigorous, inquiry-based experience for their child that creates responsible, engaged citizens connected to their community through solving real problems and supporting community initiatives. We are a distance learning school that utilizes the community as a focused learning environment to reach, meet, and teach the whole child. Each child receives a personalized education plan that includes small group instruction using data-based individualization.

Please note that School of Choice students may be subject to a lottery process.

During the 2021-2022 school year, enrolled YC²S students are expected to engage with teachers Monday-Friday during regularly scheduled school hours.
