Tropical Plant Order Form - 2024 MLC
Welcome to the Mukwonago Lacrosse Club (MLC) Tropical Plant Order Form.  Please complete the form below for your order, all sections are required and your form will not be submitted without all sections completed. 

Key Highlights:
  • If you do not want a plant number please select "0"
  • Several plants require quantity and color choice, if you do not want a certain color please select "0"
  • Orders are due by April 30, 2024
  • One order form per family/player please
  • Please confirm your total and enter in the section when asked
Pick-up will be around the week following Mother's Day in May 2024 and payment will not be required until plants are picked-up. Money will be given to the plant coordinator who are as follows:

#1 -  10" BOSTON FERN HANGING BASKET $30.00/plant (choose quantity)

Large, full 34" spread, these ferns are great for hanging on the front porch. Much bigger than the picture depicts! Prefers shade.

#2 - MANDEVILLA HANGING BASKET- 12'' Mixed basket red/pink/white $37.00 (choose quantity)

A beautiful, multi - colored hanging basket. The plant will get vines and look to climb or connect to your railing. Sunny!

This is a 3 gallon tropical foliage that will add a pop of color to your planters or garden. Deep pink/purple/maroon color. Vibrant and darker colors in shady areas. Prefers partial sun.

The classic palm tree that will add just the right tropical feel to your surroundings. Ranges in height form 3-5' tall, prefers shade or minimal direct sun.

Huge, glossy dark green leaves with holes giving it its name! Leaves may grow up to three feet wide. Indirect sunlight and low water - loves to be outside in humid weather.

Bright yellow, orange and red give dimension to this popular hibiscus. The flower will be the sunshine of your summer! Full to partial sun, lots of water.
