You are receiving this Google Form because you have been identified as collaborator, code user, and/or otherwise associated with the N-Body Shop Collaboration. We are working to better formalize the collaboration by asking you to respond to this invitation to officially join the N-Body Shop Collaboration.
Official members of the collaboration will be granted the following:

- Access to proprietary versions of N-Body Shop codes (ChaNGa and Gasoline) as well as access to continued updates.
- Access to proprietary simulations that have already been run (with owner permission).
- Access to the N-Body Shop community spaces including, but not limited to, the N-Body Shop Github, Slack, email list serv, and future N-Body Shop-specific conferences.

Additionally, inspired and informed by the #Strike4BlackLives and #ShutdownSTEM movements, a group of N-Body Shop members have spent the last few months drafting a Code of Conduct (CoC) for the collaboration. At this point, we wish to have every Collaboration member agree to abide by the CoC in the hopes that we can make our collaboration a safe and supportive space for all of our members. We acknowledge that this living document must be open to change and growth, as must we all, and plan to address feedback and suggested changes at future Town Hall meetings which will be open to the full collaboration.

Please note that agreement to abide by the CoC is a requirement for official membership in the N-body Shop. In the event that you do not agree to sign the code of conduct, you will not be considered a member of this collaboration, and any continued access to code/simulations/etc will be removed.
