Queer in AI @ ICML 2021: Event Sign-In Survey

In order to gain access to the password for Queer in AI's 2021 ICML socials, please fill out the following brief survey. Please note that most fields below are optional. We also strongly encourage you to fill out the Queer in AI Demographics Survey (https://tinyurl.com/yynuqnpo) which provides QinAI with information about our community we use to help advocate for LGBTQ+ people in AI.
