Middle School Basketball GIRLS Grades 6-8 Registration
All students in rising grades 6-8 who would like to play GIRLS Middle School Basketball must complete this registration form, submit all completed paperwork in the Eagle Athlete Packet, and pay a participation fee of $150.00 by check, cash, or calling the main office (3.5% cc fee applies). Paperwork (including physical) and fee must be paid prior to the first practice. Coach will reach out to all families several weeks prior to practice beginning with detailed season information. I understand that student participation in any Newberry Academy sport requires one parent/guardian/family member to work TWO concession stand or gate entry shifts during the 24-25 school year. We suggest JV/Middle School families sign up to work Varsity games, and vice versa, to allow families to attend all of their athlete's games. Volunteer support from our families in this area is a required and vital part of our Athletic Program and directly supports our student athletes. Sign up for these shifts will be available online at the start of the school year.  *
