Live Stream -On Demand - Download

Please note some events are restricted by licensing. We do have our ASCAP permit. Please check all that apply. 

All streaming links are sold through a separate ticketing platform and they charge $.99/ticket.

Please note we set up Live Stream tickets sales separately from On Demand -Download tickets, so that we can close the ticket sales for live stream after the event is over. 

Producer may opt to offer refunds for Live Stream if patron has issues accessing the link and the PAEC will forward those requests for approval. We will not be able to exchange a live stream ticket for an On Demand-Download ticket.

If you are using your own videographer, your rental rates convert into a film rate and we will need to provide you with a revised estimate.

On Demand Ticket Price
Download Ticket Price - also please note if you want editing, or titles added to Download. This will delay release time by 2-3 weeks and there will be additional fee. 
External Ticket Fees
When setting your ticket prices please consider that Ovation Tix, our ticketing platform, charges credit sales $1.75/ticket, and  2.9% credit card processing fee, no matter where the ticket is purchased - online, via phone or in person at the box office. Cash ticket sales are charged $.65/ticket.  

Ovation Tix and Chase Bank auto deducts these fees from your ticket income. 

So if you are charging $10/ticket, you will receive $7.96/ticket for a credit card sale. 

You can choose to charge your patrons these fees in a separate line item, or you can just increase your ticket price to cover those costs.

We recommend an average of $3/ticket fee to cover online credit card ticket prices up to $30. The higher the ticket price, the higher the 2.9% credit card fee. We can charge walk up customers the convenience fee if they pay with a credit card, but not if they pay with cash.

Patrons who walk up and pay cash will not be charged a convenience fee, but also do not have the ioption to choose their seats - it's best available only. 

We encourage all patrons to buy an E-ticket online.
