Join us at the Slovak Legion for our Annual TailGate & TakeOut event Sunday Aug 21st from 11-4

 This is a fundraiser event to help support out local Legion. Applications will be reviewed & vendors will be notified via email of the status of their application.

If the form is not Filled in FULL - the application will not be accepted - PLEASE read and answer all questions!
