This form allows us to ensure that those that register fully are in their requested classes, and holds spots for those awaiting completion of registration for their classes. We know you may have requested a spot in the convention, this form is the next step in completing registration. ALL grades are joined together and this is instead taught by level rather than school grade.
FILLING OUT THE FORM:
Please answer all questions below.
For those fully registering: Please indicate via the box at the bottom of this form that you are submitting this form as your registration. You will then be emailed an invoice with the address (email or physical) for payment completion. You will receive confirmation that your students are in the classes. Completing a full registration means that no refunds will be given if your number changes.
For those not fully registering but putting interest forward: If you run a program that will have new students for semester 2 so you are unsure of your numbers please fill out this form and at the bottom please click the appropriate box. This will inform of us of your approximate numbers so we can begin to arrange studios but will not charge you or invoice you on those specific numbers. This holds your place but registration is not completed until your final numbers are sent and we have been emailed with your updated version. *please ensure you email us when you update. This is first come first serve. Registration closes January 1st or late registration there after.

Payment due January 1st:
$45/student (all taxes included)
Pricing if registering after Dec 31 2024, increases by $5/student per category.
