In this role, you will work as a project member to support our delivery of organization and people transformation solutions. Your key responsibilities include;

- Conduct research to gain industry and client insight to support solution development and decision making
- Collaborate with project team and client to ensure smooth and successful project management
-  Developing deliverables and presentations at a high standard to ensure the achievement of project objectives
- Supporting the business development process including proposal development, customer leads and industry insights research, etc.
- Initiating value-added ideas and activities to advance the team and your role as a research analyst
