When NPBA was founded in 2018 as a Community Interest Company, we defined our core values, a set of guiding principles which we hope are part of everything we do and stand for.

The club has evolved since then and we thought it would helpful to revisit our values as we’ve grown.

Coming out of the pandemic, we thought this would be a good time to check in with our members, coaches, volunteers, board members, parents - the whole extended NPBA family so that everyone's feedback can be considered and if needed our values can be re-articulated in a way that matches NPBA in 2022.
