Please complete this form to register your child for the Successful Transition to Kindergarten Program. This program is for you and your child. Week One: you will attend class for 20 minutes with your student. For the remaining 90 minutes, you will meet with Wethersfield Public Schools staff and staff from community organizations. Program topics will include: how to help your child successfully transition to school, transportation, school lunches, afterschool programs and more. Week Two, you can drop off and enjoy two free hours! If you can not personally attend, you must designate a caregiver to attend with your child.
